Your Red Cross Chapter is conducting a unique Golf Tournament on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Highland Lake Golf Course!

We are turning the entire 18 hole course into a Par 3 course with Hole-in-one opportunities at each hole.  We need volunteers to sit at each green to verify any hole-in-one that is made.

This is a great opportunity for your group or organization to assist the Red Cross in raising funds for their local Disaster Relief efforts, Health & Safety Training and Education Programs as well as the Armed Forces Emergency Services.

Volunteers would need to arrive at the golf course no later than 12:30 PM to receive hole assignments and be transported to that green.  There will be a shotgun start at 1:00 PM sharp for the golfers.  We anticipate that the last golfers would come through no later than 5:30 PM.  You would be free to go at that point or join us for the awards and dinner.

You may sign up individually or with your group organization!

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

GOLFERS NEEDED:  If you are interested in golfing or want to bring a foursome, contact any of the Golf Committee members on this page so we can mail you a registration form when they become available!

DOOR PRIZES: We are securing over 80 door prizes, enabling each participant to receive one at the tournament.  You or your company may have something suitable to donate as a door prize.  Norene Groth is coordinating Door Prize donations and can be reached at:  Cell 765-238-1766 or e-mail: norene@edcwc.com with questions or to make arrangements for pick up of your door prize(s).

GOODIE BAGS:  Each golfer will be given a Goodie Bag filled with snack items, post its, pens, pencils or just about any small item that can be stuffed in the bag!  This is a great opportunity for your business to supply a small marketing item or snack for the bag.  Norene Groth is coordinating the Goodie Bag items as well; Cell 765-238-1766 or e-mail: norene@edcwc.com.

HOLE SPONSORSHIPS:  You or your business may help sponsor a hole for $100.00.  We will supply signage on the hole with your name to let everyone know you are involved in this great event!

BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR:  There will be two Beverage Cart Sponsorships available at $350.00 each.  Signage will be provided for the cart marketing your company name all day long to the golfers!

PUTTING CONTEST: There is one sponsorship of a Putting Contest for $200.00.  Company name will be in the spotlight all day long as golfers compete to qualify for the putt off!

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS:  There will be additional sponsorships available, details are still being hammered out by the Golf Committee and will be released soon!
