Runner’s comments on the course: Glen Miller Park is on of the best race venues in Richmond. Rolling hills and beautiful scenery. This year the Rock-n-Roll course is going to be the same as the Frostbite 5K course, only run in the opposite direction. A whole new interesting perspective . . . What was uphill is now down. Buffalo Hill is now a downhill. Why didn't someone think of this earlier?
