Date: July 24, 2008

Time:  3:00 – 6:00 p.m., arrive at 2:30

What:  400 – 500 Model T cars are traveling to the Depot District from the Wayne County Fairgrounds.  YAP will assist with directing the vehicles to parking spots as they come into the Depot District. 

Register:  All volunteers must register on website, www.TParty2008.com

Training:  1 Day of training is required.  A training meeting will be held on July 21, 2008 at 5:00.  This will take place at Little Sheba’s.  Steve has promised free non-alcoholic drinks for all!  We will be given maps of the area, walk through the process and receive volunteer t-shirts
