Many Young Adult Professionals volunteer in the community, however, this is not the focus of our group. In a 2007 survey of active Young Adult Professionals we asked each to report their volunteer hours and activities. We found that out that we are involved in many activities including but
not limited to the following Boards and organizations:

Junior Achievement, Chamber of Commerces, Wayne County Foundation, Boys & Girls Club, Girls Inc. Women’s Fund of Wayen County, Cope Environmental Center, United Way, Rotary, IU East Alumni Board, Kiwainis, Starr Gennett Foundation, YWCA, YMCA, and WCTV, Richmond Civic Theatre, City and County Council, and many more. Total 2007 volunteer hours reported for 2007 was in excess of 8,100 hours.
